Cancellation Policy

In the event that client cancels a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, client’s pre-paid fee will be applied to the rescheduled session. In the event that a client does not cancel a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice, client’s pre-paid fee will be lost. Session fees will not be refunded. Exceptions may be considered, but not guaranteed, in special situations up to 2 times over the course of a year’s time. To request an exception, client is to email coach with detailed request. In the event that coach needs to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours advanced notice, client’s pre-paid fee will be applied to the rescheduled session.
